Disney employees created a video to pressure their colleagues to support other’s sex change attempts, while LGBT employees have assembled an internal advocacy organization that works to embed the LGBT agenda deeper in the company’s content, a new undercover investigation from O’Keefe Media reveals.

An internal program at the Walt Disney Company, called “Authentically Me: Gender Expression and Transitioning,” compels employees to accept and encourage their coworkers’ sex change attempts.

“If you’re looking to support a colleague who’s transitioning, listen to what they’re asking of you and show in your actions that you’ve heard them,” one employee says in the video.

“One way to be a good ally to your transgender and non-binary cast members is to use the pronoun and name they have given you,” another employee says. “It’s important to be humble because you’re going to mess up, everybody messes up, and what’s important is what you do next,” an employee sporting a bright pink mohawk said. Another person said, “I invite you to be our allies. You don’t have to be LGBTQIA+ to hold our hands.”

The undercover investigation also reveals that employees organized a Disney Pride Think Tank, a “global employee collective” that seeks to “advance LGBTQ+ representation in our content, products, experiences, and services.” The internal organization is divided into the marketplace committee and the creative content review committee, both of which work to further embed the LGBT agenda within the company.

Disney’s support for the transgender agenda is not just rhetorical, however. The company’s health care plan covers surgeries that remove healthy body parts in order to facilitate a sex change attempt.

“I want to remind the viewers that Disney makes a majority of its sales from theme park attendance and film and television viewership,” James O’Keefe noted. “If you’re a Disney customer and/or shareholder, you’ve probably been shielded to the fact that your money is being used to pay for medical plans that actually promote trans genital mutilation surgery for their employees. … Why is Disney using your money to chop off, or building on additions to their genitals?”

The revelations come after an earlier investigation from O’Keefe Media found that Disney discriminates against white men, according to a vice president at the company whose statements were caught on camera by an undercover journalist.
