“In 2016, he was convicted of driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 and assault causing bodily injury to a family member,” a DPS report said. “That same year, Chox Gonzalez was removed from the United States. In 2021, he was arrested in Tarrant County for assault and failure to identify/giving false/fictitious information and bonded out of jail.”

“In 2023, the Arlington Police Department issued warrants for his arrest for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by sexual contact,” it went on to add.

The arrest comes right after Texas authorities arrested two suspected murderers wanted by the international police. Both individuals were unlawfully present in the United States. They lived in the controversial Colony Ridge community, a sprawling land development that’s become infamous for attracting illegal immigrants through its financial and marketing practices.

Elected officials have warned that criminal gangs have also unlawfully entered the country under the Biden administration, with Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX) explaining that the Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua, which is known for murdering, kidnapping, sex trafficking, and extorting its victims, is gaining power in America.

“This gang in several years is going to be the dominant transnational criminal organization throughout the United States. There’s no doubt in my mind,” Rep. Gonzalez stated, also warning that “they gobble up territory like a cancer.”

Eight illegal immigrants who are suspected to have connections to the foreign terrorist organization ISIS were also recently arrested after they illegally crossed the border under President Joe Biden’s watch.

Officials have recorded more than 9.5 million nationwide encounters and 1.7 million estimated illegal immigrant gotaways during Biden’s term.
